Data Analyst (Product & Experimentation)

Recently we have invested in our data collection. It's up to you as a Data Analyst to turn this into actionable insights.

What will you be working on? 
You will become part of the product team (UX, product management & data). Because of your expertise and experience in a similar role, you will take direct ownership on data collection and applications for a consumer product that is growing to over a million customers. This includes:

• Performing in-depth data analysis to gain insight into product behavior, user patterns and experiment results.
• Collaborating with colleagues across disciplines to share this data and make improvements based on it.
• Formulating and testing hypotheses to assess the impact of product modifications on data.
• Creating clear reports and visualizations to make findings and recommendations understandable to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Effectively collaborate with product managers, technical teams and other stakeholders to coordinate and manage A/B testing.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices in experimentation and data analysis, contributing to the optimization of analytics processes.

What do we expect from you? 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in a discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or a similar field. 

• Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst with an emphasis on consumer products, preferably in a senior or leadership role (3-5 years). 

• Experience with A/B testing and you are able to guide the organization to a more data- and test-driven culture. 

• Understanding of statistical concepts and experience applying statistical methods to practical issues. 

• Experience with data analysis tools and know how to visualize this well; 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex findings in an understandable manner. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide data-driven insights. 

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making. 

• Preferably experience at an app and/or website developer focused on consumers. 

• Comfort working in a rapidly changing environment and willing to adapt to evolving business needs.
